One last form (I promise!)

This is quite important and will help us organize your transfers, rentals and most importantly the dinners!

  • Please select your camp(s) first. That will unlock the relevant options further down.

  • Select all the camps that you are attending

  • Fill out one form per participant.

  • If you’d like to bring a dinner guest, simply submit an additional form and select the camp you’re attending.

For the dinners we’ve reserved a table at the local Indian restaurant for the first evening (a la carte), and Café51 will host us on the second one (three course set menu for NZD 66). Both are just around the corner from the Motel. We will need at least 12 participants for the second night to go ahead (coaches included), as they open the restaurant just for us.

We will be able to pick you up at Christchurch Airport around 5pm on the arrival day. On the last day of the camp we will drive back to CHC Airport right after the skiing ends at 3pm (5pm arrival at the airport) and for Camp 2,4 and 5 also in the morning of the next day (Aug 16, Aug 23 and Aug 27). If this does not work with your flights at all, then we will give our best to find a solution.
If you need to rent skis and/or boots we can either get them after your airport pick up or before you arrive. Please fill in all fields so your gear can be set up correctly.

Dinner Plans:

Last season, most participants enjoyed ending the ski day with a group dinner. If you cannot see any options below, then make sure that you have selected your camp!
