I start to struggle on harder red and especially black runs
I am comfortable and in control on ALL groomed runs, but not so much in the off-piste

I can ski groomers as well as all off-piste runs in control and with confidence in most conditions and would like to improve

I have to stop every 20-30 meters to catch my breath
I get tired quickly. I need a break after an hour of skiing.
I can ski all day, but can tell that i have more shaky moments in the afternoon when my legs get tired.
I can ski all day without any problems. Also longer runs don't bother me.
I don't do much sport and am aware that i need to improve my fitness.
I do a lot of sport and consider myself fit.

Once I have confirmed your spot in one of the camps you will receive an offer for Hotel and Camp from Hotel Luggi. Your spot is reserved once you have paid the deposit. The terms and conditions of Hotel Luggi will apply for camp and hotel.

Taking video of your skiing and the training plays a big role in any SOFA SKI CAMP. At the end of the training you will receive all your videos for download. By participating in a SOFA SKI CAMP you allow us to use your footage for social media and commercial purposes. If this is something you don't want at all then please let us know. We will never use your full name or close ups without your permission.
