I start to struggle on harder red and especially black runs
I am comfortable and in control on ALL groomed runs, but not so much in the off-piste

I have to stop every 20-30 meters to catch my breath
I get tired quickly. I need a break after an hour of skiing.
I can ski all day, but can tell that i have more shaky moments in the afternoon when my legs get tired.
I can ski all day without any problems. Also longer runs don't bother me.
I don't do much sport and am aware that i need to improve my fitness.
I do a lot of sport and consider myself fit.

Once I have confirmed your spot in one of the camps you will receive an offer for Hotel and Camp from Hotel Luggi. Your spot is reserved once you have paid the deposit. Regarding cancellation the terms and conditions of Hotel Luggi apply.

Taking video of your skiing and the training plays a big role in any SOFA SKI CAMP. At the end of the training you will hopefully receive great images of you skiing on a USB stick, through your training diary and for download in full resolution through the GoPro cloud. By participating in a SOFA SKI CAMP you allow us to pass on ski footage of yourself to other participants as well as to use your footage for social media as well as commercial purposes. If this is something you don't want at all then please let us know. We will never use your name or close-ups of your face without asking for your permission and will mainly use the videos taken to promote our camps.
