I only ski green and blue runs
I start to struggle on harder red and especially black runs
I am comfortable and in control on ALL groomed runs, but not so much in the off-piste
I can ski all groomers with speed and confidence, am comfortable in intermediate off piste terrain but start to struggle on the more challenging off-piste runs or when the conditions become harder
I can ski groomers as well as all off-piste runs in control and with confidence in most conditions and would like to improve

I have to stop every 20-30 meters to catch my breath
I get tired quickly. I need a break after an hour of skiing.
I can ski all day, but can tell that i have more shaky moments in the afternoon when my legs get tired.
I can ski all day without any problems. Also longer runs don't bother me.
I don't do much sport and am aware that i need to improve my fitness.
I do a lot of sport and consider myself fit.

Finding a Group for You *

Deposit and Cancellation *

Once your group is confirmed you will be asked to pay a 200 EUR deposit, which will secure your place in the camp. The full amount is to be paid 14 days before the first training day. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the start of the camp, if cancelled within 14 days of the start of the camp the full amount is to be paid, unless I can find someone to fill your spot.

Taking video of your skiing and the training plays a big role in any SOFA SKI CAMP. At the end of the training you will hopefully receive great images of you skiing on a USB stick, through your training diary and for download in full resolution through the GoPro cloud. By participating in a SOFA SKI CAMP you allow us to pass on ski footage of yourself to other participants as well as to use your footage for social media and commercial purposes. If this is something you don't want at all then please let us know. We will never use your name or close-ups of your face without asking for your permission and will mainly use the videos taken to promote our camps.
